Michael Parham

Mr. Parham’s background includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and audit. Previously, Mr. Parham was the group head and managing director of Energy Services Group at McGladrey Capital Markets and before that he spent 12 years in New York City in the M&A departments of Peter J. Solomon Company, Credit Lyonnais Securities, Daiwa Securities and the international audit group at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Parham has worked with both public and private companies on transactions that have ranged from $10 million to $2 billion.

Mr. Parham has worked on cross border transactions throughout Europe, Asia and North America and has advised clients across a variety of industries, including energy services, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, construction/engineering, and consumer products. Mr. Parham earned his BA with honors from Dartmouth College and his MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. Mr. Parham is a CPA and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses. Mr. Parham recently also served as CEO of Black Viper Energy Services, a horizontal, directional drilling, and measurement while drilling (MWD) services provider based in Midland, Texas.

Mike is an active member of Irvine community and currently serves as board member of Irvine Unified School District.

Ravi Rayu

Mr. Rayu’s background includes M&A, corporate finance, restructuring and strategy. Previously, Mr. Rayu was a senior member of Energy Services Group at McGladrey Capital Markets where he specialized in energy and related industries primarily advising global companies in sell-side M&A, acquisitions and corporate finance. He has served companies in an array of industries, including business services, technology, aerospace and defense, general manufacturing, healthcare and energy, advising them in a wide range of M&A and corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining McGladrey Capital Markets, Mr. Rayu was with Dresner Partners in Chicago, and before that he worked in Europe and India as a senior internal strategy consultant with Winterthur Insurance, a former insurance subsidiary of Credit Suisse.

Mr. Rayu received his bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Pune, and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Rayu holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Mr. Rayu is active in Southern California entrepreneur community and is a charter member of TiE SoCal.

Miki Dan

Miki Dan's background includes cross border advisory, investment banking, research and analysis. He has an in-depth knowledge of the global aerospace & defence, oil & gas, automotive, manufacturing and industrial services sectors, and has advised on over 100 acquisitions and divestitures across a variety of sectors. Miki is an experienced Transatlantic and European mid market dealmaker with particular expertise in cross border transactions for both public and private clients in the US, UK and Europe. Prior to joining Sheridan Capital, Miki was a Director at Duff & Phelps in London and spent five years as a Vice President at RSM McGladrey Capital Markets, a California based investment bank. Miki was responsible for developing trans-Atlantic business and originating and executing deals on both sides of the Atlantic. Prior to this he was a Senior Manager within the Industrial Products Group at Ernst & Young LLP and worked for five years as an automotive consultant with Standard & Poor's DRI in London.

Miki obtained a 'Titre du Ingénieur-Maître' and his 'Maîtrise' from the International Business School, Université de Blaise Pascal, France. He graduated with honours in European Business from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Miki is a member of the Securities Institute, the Chartered Institute of Journalists, the Institute of Export (MIEx) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM). He is also fluent in French, Italian and basic Spanish.

Tom Arbaugh

Mr. Arbaugh's background includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, project management and service as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Arbaugh's previous financial experience includes McGladrey Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities, and Arbaugh Associates LLC, an aerospace and defense merger and acquisition boutique. He has established a niche as an aerospace and defense industry specialist.

Mr. Arbaugh earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan. As an aerospace engineering graduate of the US Naval Academy, Tom served seven years of active duty, primarily on ships in the Pacific Fleet. Having a natural affinity for aerospace and defense markets, Tom has developed a strong foundation in understanding the current aerospace and defense sectors and establishing a niche in the aerospace and defense deal market.

Steve Shaffer

Mr. Shaffer's background includes corporate management, machinery design and manufacturing, energy investment analysis and mergers and acquisitions. During the past four years he was senior manager of business development at McGladrey Capital Markets. Previously he spent 23 years as a business owner, founding and managing several companies including Shaffer Oil and Gas, Iron Bay, Flying Dieco, Ohio Roll Form Equipment and Ohio Roll Tool Division.

Mr. Shaffer has developed business relationships across a broad spectrum of industries including energy services, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, construction/engineering, and transportation. During Mr. Shaffer's career he was awarded several U.S. patents and the Ohio Governors Growth Company Award.
